Product Sourcing FAQ’s

I have an idea for a product, can you source it?
Of course! We will work with you to find the most effective solution and source bespoke samples for you from our manufacturers in the UK, Europe and the Far East. Small runs can sometimes be possible, so if you’re looking something a little unique or an alternative source for your products please contact us.

Can you personalise products?
Depending on the product, material to be personalised and your logo, we can personalise products for you. Personalisation of products is usually carried out at source.

How do I place an order?
Please contact our team on 0161 456 3000 and we will go through your specific requirements and supply you with a competitive price and delivery date.

Can I get samples?
Yes. Please talk to our team about your requirements and we can send you samples of the relevant items, or if you’re after a bespoke product we can make samples for you. Samples are available either free of charge or on a sale or return basis.

What format do you need the artwork in?
We accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator, PDF or high resolution jpeg files.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
This depends on the product, however for promotional products, we mainly handle larger consignments i.e quantities of 1000 +

What are your delivery lead times?
We work to the deadlines you provide us. We offer express delivery on some of our products. If we cannot meet your deadline we will tell you straight away. As a general rule delivery times for personalised products is approximately 3 weeks depending on the order quantity.
